The achievement underscores consistent expansion for the basement access product firm, which has successfully scaled its operations while maintaining high-volume shipping standards.
Since 2023, the company has partnered with Intero Digital to refine its search marketing, website development, and marketplace presence on platforms like Amazon and Walmart. Lisa Ruffalo, CEO of Window Well Supply, noted that the rapid growth trajectory placed significant pressure on fulfillment and visibility, necessitating a partner capable of moving at the company’s pace. Melynnie Nehib, SVP of Delivery at Intero Digital, credited the firm’s success to its ability to expand into new sales channels without compromising product quality or customer service.
