The summit offered attendees a comprehensive look at the company’s recent capital investments, specifically within its manufacturing facilities. Dealers toured new installations, including a 5-axis machining center from Fom and a 12,000-watt fiber laser system, both designed to sharpen production precision and efficiency. These upgrades align with the company's shift toward modernized workflows for its aluminum and steel trailer components.
Beyond technical demonstrations, the event focused on digital integration. Leadership unveiled new sales-support tools, including 3D product modeling and a streamlined quote builder, aimed at enhancing the customer experience. The sessions also provided a venue for direct feedback between the dealer network and company executives, including CEO Tim Masud and President Justin Queensland, who have prioritized closer collaboration since the company’s 2019 acquisition.
