The capital injection follows an oversubscribed $4.15 million seed round and marks a transition from public beta toward wider market penetration. CEO Jared Gutstadt, a veteran of creator tool development, intends to use the funds to expand Rebel Audio’s AI infrastructure and accelerate creator acquisition. The platform functions as an end-to-end operating system, consolidating traditional multi-platform workflows into a single interface designed to reduce technical friction for independent creators.
Rebel Audio Secures $50 Million Valuation in HardScope-Led Series A
With a fresh $10 million Series A round, Nashville-based Rebel Audio has reached a $50 million post-money valuation. The AI-driven platform, which simplifies podcast production from recording to monetization, secured the investment from HardScope, a media company aiming to scale creator infrastructure through advanced automation and performance marketing.

HardScope CEO Matt Kalish, who co-founded DraftKings, joins the Rebel Audio board alongside Jacob Dezarn, Ben Lurie, and Jonathan Schulman. The partnership aligns with HardScope’s strategy to support solo creators who rely on streamlined AI tools to compete with traditional media teams. As part of its growth strategy, the company is hosting its inaugural creator think tank, POD U, on October 16 at the Rebel Chateau in Franklin, Tennessee. The event features industry figures including Mark Burnett and Mike Majlak, who serves as Rebel Audio’s Chief Creator in Residence, to discuss the evolution of media distribution.
