With 169 contingent offers extended and 15 immediate hires confirmed, the You're Hired Job Fest in Dallas successfully bridged the gap between 858 job seekers and 78 regional employers. Held at Gilley's Dallas, the event prioritized tangible career pathways across logistics, healthcare, and technology sectors for local residents.

A significant portion of the event targeted individuals with justice involvement, a mission supported by the foundation's T.O.R.I. program. Sixteen participating companies opened over 507 positions specifically for candidates from this demographic. Beyond direct recruitment, partners including Goldman Sachs and JPMorganChase hosted workshops on financial empowerment and professional development, ensuring attendees left with both employment leads and practical career tools.
