Tradr ETFs to Liquidate Five Leveraged Funds

Tradr ETFs, a provider specializing in high-conviction trading vehicles, has confirmed the upcoming liquidation of five leveraged funds. The decision marks a shift for the firm as it winds down operations for its CPNG, PONY, NXPI, SMR, and TSEM 2X daily ETFs, effective later this month on the Cboe BZX Exchange.

The five impacted funds—CPNX, PONX, NXPX, SMZ, and TSEU—will continue to facilitate unit creation and redemption until October 19, 2026. This date serves as the final window for trading on the Cboe BZX Exchange. Following the cessation of operations on or about October 26, 2026, the firm will move to liquidate assets and distribute remaining proceeds to shareholders of record.

These products were designed for professional traders seeking short-term exposure, utilizing leverage to magnify the performance of underlying securities. Because these funds aim for amplified daily results, they carry significant risks, including the potential for total loss if an underlying security moves adversely by 50% or more in a single session. Investors are encouraged to review the prospectus at the official company website for further details regarding the distribution process and specific fund risks.
