RDM Hospitality Scales Social Dining Brand Guest House Across U.S.

With three new locations launching within the next six months, RDM Hospitality is aggressively scaling its social dining concept, Guest House. The expansion into Dallas, Aspen, and Houston follows successful debuts in Austin, Las Vegas, and Scottsdale, cementing a rapid national footprint for the experiential dining brand.

The upcoming Dallas location in Uptown, slated for early November 2026, spearheads this growth phase. It will be followed by a high-profile New Year’s Eve opening in Aspen and a Houston launch in the first quarter of 2027. This trajectory brings the brand to six total markets in just over two years. Beyond permanent brick-and-mortar sites, the group is venturing into event-based hospitality with a three-day trackside activation at the Formula 1 MSC Cruises United States Grand Prix 2026, held at Austin’s Circuit of the Americas this October.

CEO and Co-Founder Raj Kumar emphasized that the brand avoids a cookie-cutter approach. Each site is engineered to evolve from dinner service into a late-night social environment, blending elevated food with high-energy atmosphere. Kumar noted that while the core identity remains consistent, the culinary elements are localized to reflect the specific dining cultures of each city. As the company prepares for further announcements over the next two years, these three openings serve as a critical test of the brand’s ability to maintain its experiential standards across diverse luxury and metropolitan markets.
