The proprietary bottle design focuses on carbonation retention, ensuring each pour maintains its integrity from the first glass to the last. Founder Eric Jacobs, formerly the Chief Innovation Officer at VaynerMedia, intends to position the brand as a premium staple that diners request by name rather than simply ordering generic sparkling water.
Maison VIVE Brings Single-Use Siphon Bottles to Miami Hospitality
Miami’s dining scene is preparing for a shift in carbonated service as Maison VIVE introduces the first single-use sparkling water siphon to the U.S. market. Launching this fall, the brand aims to transform the act of pouring water into an interactive element for restaurants, hotels, and luxury bars.
To manage its debut, the company is rolling out the Première Pour Society. This program grants early access and market exclusivity to select hospitality venues, while the initial product run will consist of hand-numbered bottles. Following this sparkling water launch, the brand plans to diversify its portfolio into flavored waters, mixers, and zero-proof cocktails, all tied to the signature siphon-based serving experience.
