Anker Debuts Eufy S2 Robot Vacuum With Integrated Aromatherapy

At CES 2026, Anker unveiled the Eufy S2, a high-performance vacuum and mop hybrid that attempts to combine floor sanitation with home fragrance. Beyond its unconventional aromatherapy system, the device arrives with 30,000Pa of suction power and advanced obstacle detection, targeting the premium market with a $1,599 price tag.

The Eufy S2 distinguishes itself with a built-in scent delivery system, offering users a palette of botanical aromas including sage, bergamot, and bamboo. While the primary function remains floor care, the machine utilizes AI-driven 3D mapping to navigate complex layouts and identify over 200 distinct obstacles, such as stray rug tassels, to prevent navigation errors.

Cleaning efficiency is bolstered by a self-maintaining roller mop that utilizes electrolyzed water to neutralize bacteria without chemical additives. The hardware exerts 3.3 pounds of downward pressure on hard surfaces and features a lift mechanism capable of raising the mop two inches to protect carpets. For edge-to-edge cleaning, the brush extends 15mm from the chassis, while a specialized DuoSpiral brush reduces the likelihood of hair tangles. A comprehensive base station manages the entire maintenance cycle, handling water refills, dustbin evacuation, and mop drying.

Prospective buyers can participate in a US presale starting January 6th, with the product hitting wider retail distribution on January 20th.
