On September 19, the Central Bank Center in Lexington will transform into a hub for medical cannabis education, as the Kentucky Cannabis Industry Alliance hosts a day-long expo. The event aims to bridge the gap between residents and the state’s emerging medical program by offering resources, expert panels, and direct certification assistance.
A key feature of the gathering is an on-site patient drive in partnership with Kentucky Marijuana Card. Eligible attendees can secure medical cannabis certifications for $25, with licensed practitioners and notaries available to assist with the state’s application portal in one visit. While the event provides a comprehensive look at the industry, officials confirmed that no cannabis products will be sold or distributed at the venue.
