Developed through a collaboration between Hemmings and Suppy’s Garage, the two vehicles represent a radical departure from their production roots. The team converted the stock all-wheel-drive, automatic-transmission Charger Scat Pack chassis into rear-wheel-drive, manual-transmission drift cars. The build features the two-door Dodge Charger BOOST Coupe for precision driving and the four-door Dodge Charger RPM, designed specifically to provide passenger thrill rides throughout the festival weekend.
Dodge and Hemmings Bring 750-HP Drift Chargers to GRIDLIFE Laguna Seca
Professional drifters Corey Hosford and Micah Diaz are set to debut a pair of custom, 750-horsepower Dodge Charger Scat Pack machines at the GRIDLIFE Laguna Seca Festival. Running September 18–20, the event marks the California debut for these purpose-built drift platforms following their recent reveal at Roadkill Nights.

Beyond the drift exhibitions, Dodge will maintain an interactive presence at the raceway, offering fans the opportunity to ride in 550-horsepower Charger Scat Pack models. The build process, led by Mike Musto and master fabricator Suppy Wejpanich, continues to be chronicled on the Hemmings YouTube channel, documenting the transition of these machines from street-legal muscle to high-output competition platforms.
