The Del Webb Bexley Community Association in Land O' Lakes, Florida, has appointed FirstService Residential to oversee its 850-home active adult development. Starting October 1, 2026, the management firm will consolidate the community's association operations, lifestyle programming, and food and beverage services under a single, unified administrative structure.

Brent Reynolds, president of master-planned communities at FirstService Residential, emphasized that this approach is designed to enhance resident engagement and create greater accountability across all community functions. The transition marks a strategic shift for the Florida property, focusing on long-term value preservation through a centralized management model.
