Bank7 Corp. to Acquire Controlling Stake in Century Financial for $89M
A court-supervised auction in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona has identified Bank7 Corp. as the successful bidder for a 71% controlling interest in Century Financial Services Corporation. The transaction, valued at a net cash price of $89 million, marks a significant expansion for the Oklahoma-based firm.

Upon regulatory approval, the combined organization will manage approximately $3.4 billion in total assets. Thomas L. Travis, CEO of Bank7 Corp., noted the company expects to finalize the deal during the fourth quarter of this year. The current transaction remains subject to standard closing conditions and oversight from banking regulators.
