A ribbon-cutting ceremony at 115 SE Yamhill St. marked a milestone for OpConnect, as the electric vehicle charging provider inaugurated its third headquarters since inception. U.S. Senators Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley joined local officials and industry leaders to celebrate the expansion of the company’s North American operations.
Already a fixture in local fleet electrification, the company maintains partnerships with the City of Portland, Multnomah County, and Portland General Electric. By scaling its physical presence, OpConnect aims to generate further job growth and increase supply-chain investment within Oregon. The firm, founded in 2016, continues to focus on providing turnkey hardware and management software for utilities, fleet operators, and property owners.
