The capital injection follows a period of hyper-growth for the platform, which has expanded its revenue twentyfold over the past three and a half years. Lead investor Kathy Ireland noted that the company’s ability to execute on its mission has validated the decision to double down on the firm. Capacity Secures $54M to Consolidate Enterprise AI Ecosystems
St. Louis-based Capacity has closed a $54 million Series E funding round, pushing its total capital raised past $159 million. This influx of cash arrives as the company hits $100 million in annual recurring revenue, signaling a shift in enterprise demand toward centralized, all-in-one AI support platforms.

As organizations move away from fragmented, multi-vendor AI experiments, Capacity is positioning its knowledge orchestration layer as the primary hub for customer experience. CEO David Karandish emphasized that the company’s model allows businesses to deploy AI across every channel from a single foundation, avoiding the technical debt associated with managing standalone tools. Currently ranked among the top 500 fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. by the 2026 Inc. 5000, Capacity plans to utilize these resources to strengthen its presence in key industries and deepen its ecosystem of platform integrations.
