NIPR Taps AGENTPR as Intelligence Partner for WPRF Abuja 2026

The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations has selected the AI-driven platform AGENTPR as the official media intelligence partner for the 2026 World Public Relations Forum. The partnership aims to provide real-time narrative analysis and reputation tracking during the global event, which is set to take place in Abuja this November.

The appointment marks a significant shift for the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) as it prepares to host the World Public Relations Forum (WPRF) from November 15–21, 2026. By integrating AGENTPR, an African-built platform developed by Cihan Media Communications, the NIPR intends to gain granular visibility into how the forum is perceived across domestic, continental, and international media landscapes.

Unlike standard monitoring tools, AGENTPR utilizes a proprietary architecture known as Meaning Intelligence. According to founder Dr. Celestine Ngozichukwuka Achi, the system is designed to decode cultural nuance, stakeholder intent, and reputational risk rather than relying on conventional sentiment metrics. This approach allows organizers to move beyond simple exposure tracking toward evidence-based strategic intelligence.

NIPR President Dr. Ike Neliaku framed the partnership as a core component of the institute's ambition to deliver the most impactful WPRF to date. As Nigeria prepares to welcome the global PR community, the platform will track broadcast signals, social discourse, and trade press to identify emerging issues and document the forum's long-term legacy. The collaboration underscores a broader industry pivot toward AI-assisted interpretation, where the focus shifts from monitoring media volume to understanding the underlying signals that shape institutional authority.
