The family-run creamery secured seven total awards, showcasing consistent craft across five distinct categories of their specialty dairy products.
Roseanne Crave, sales and marketing manager, noted that sweeping the mozzarella category serves as a testament to the team's dedication. The products will be recognized at an awards ceremony and auction in Madison on September 28, where proceeds will benefit scholarships for students pursuing careers in food and agriculture. The Crave family operates a 2,500-acre farm in south-central Wisconsin, integrating sustainable practices like biodigesters and water recovery into their production process.
