Dare arrives in Tampa following a tenure as executive vice president for the company’s Orlando division. His two-decade career in the industry includes roles ranging from construction superintendent to senior leadership positions. Before entering the private sector, Dare served for eight years as an active-duty officer in the United States Army. He holds an MBA from Georgia Southern University and a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University.
KB Home Appoints Casey Dare to Lead Tampa Division
Casey Dare, a ten-year veteran of KB Home, has been named president of the company’s Tampa division. He will oversee all regional operations, including land acquisition, construction, and sales, as the national homebuilder continues its expansion efforts throughout the Florida market.
Vince DePorre, president of the company's East Region, highlighted Dare’s experience as a critical asset for the firm’s customer-centric strategy. KB Home, which has maintained a presence in the Tampa area since 2002, intends to increase its footprint this year with the launch of four new single-family communities: Morningside, Woodland Oaks, Deer Springs, and Meade Estates.
