Replimune Investors Face October Deadline in Securities Fraud Lawsuit

Investors who incurred financial losses from Replimune Group, Inc. shares between October 20, 2025, and April 10, 2026, now have a window to serve as lead plaintiff in a class action lawsuit. The legal action centers on allegations that the company misled shareholders regarding critical clinical trial and regulatory data.

The complaint, filed by Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter LLP, alleges that Replimune failed to disclose significant study design concerns raised by the FDA. According to the filing, the company submitted data from an early, unplanned analysis of the RP1-104 study involving only 40 patients, a fraction of the 400-patient enrollment target. Plaintiffs contend these omissions created a high probability of regulatory rejection for the company's BLA, rendering previous public statements about business prospects materially misleading.

Those looking to participate in the litigation as a lead plaintiff must file their motions with the court by October 5, 2026. While the law firm is soliciting participants to pursue recovery, investors retain the right to select their own counsel or remain as absent class members. No class has been certified at this stage of the proceedings.
