"This is affordable housing infrastructure," said Marquan Jackson, Vice President of Resident Services at True Ground. The organization currently manages a portfolio with a stated goal of reaching 7,500 affordable homes by 2029. By pairing development with these services, True Ground intends to mitigate the volatility often faced by low-income renters.
