Eightpoint Technologies Expands Footprint at Cayman Enterprise City

Eightpoint Technologies is upgrading its headquarters at Signal House, signaling a long-term commitment to the Cayman Islands after eight years of operation. The renovation of its office space within the Cayman Enterprise City hub marks the company's second major build-out since joining the special economic zone in 2018.

The project aims to reconfigure the company's existing footprint at the 40,000-square-foot flagship building in George Town. President Thomas Redford, who leads the firm from the island, stated that the investment reflects a decision to anchor the company's core operations and leadership team permanently in Grand Cayman. The company cites the jurisdiction's stable English-common-law framework and professional services sector as primary drivers for its continued presence.

Eightpoint Technologies operates alongside its sister entity, Eightpoint Interactive, based in Fort Myers, Florida. Charlie Kirkconnell, CEO of Cayman Enterprise City, noted that the expansion serves as an endorsement of the zone’s model, which currently hosts nearly 500 companies. The site at Signal House remains the central hub for the firm as it continues to develop digital products for desktop and mobile platforms.
