Irvine-based Champions Group Holdings has acquired Powell Electric, a residential service provider operating in Southern California since 1971. The deal integrates the half-century-old electrical contractor into the buyer’s expanding portfolio of home service companies, aiming to scale regional operations while maintaining the established brand identity of the acquired firm.
Frank DiMarco, CEO of Champions Group, noted that the decision was driven by the firm's long-standing reputation for technical precision and customer trust.
