BIOTRONIK Neuro has launched Embrace One Proactive Intelligence, an AI-driven system designed to flag emerging support needs for patients using the Prospera Spinal Cord Stimulation device. By analyzing daily remote monitoring data, the platform alerts clinical teams to potential therapy issues before patients report them.

Recent findings presented at the American Society of Pain and Neuroscience Annual Meeting in Miami underscore the tool's effectiveness. During a pilot study, the model flagged 188 behavioral instances across 175 patients. In approximately 80.9% of these cases, the proactive outreach led to targeted clinical support, such as remote reprogramming or therapy optimization. David Dickerson of Endeavor Health noted that the technology helps bridge the gap between subtle changes in patient behavior and the maintenance of effective pain relief, shifting the management model from reactive to proactive.
