The Drone Maker Kit by Pitsco Education has secured the Future’s Best of Show award in the Primary Education category. Announced at ISTELive 2026 by Tech & Learning, the accolade recognizes the kit for its innovation and performance in fostering hands-on aeronautical engineering skills for students in grades three through eight.
Matt Frankenbery, CEO of Pitsco Education, noted that the recognition validates the company’s focus on physical, tactile engagement over digital consumption. With a history spanning five decades, the Pittsburg-based organization currently provides robotics, engineering, and science curriculum to over 3 million students annually.
