When Jennifer’s grandmother was diagnosed with dementia, the family found it difficult to secure reliable help, eventually leading to a move into a memory care facility.

This model is intended to foster stronger, more empathetic connections between caregivers and clients. According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, nearly 70% of retirees will eventually require some form of long-term care, a reality driving the rapid expansion of the brand. The new Illinois location, which marks the tenth in the state, will serve a wide territory including River Forest, Elmwood Park, Melrose Park, and Addison. Company president Namrata Yocom-Jan noted that the agency prioritizes partners who view caregiving as a calling rather than a standard career.
