A graduate of Stanford University, she previously contributed to the development of Alpha-2-macroglobulin therapies aimed at slowing osteoarthritis progression. Her clinical focus covers complex peripheral nerve conditions and upper extremity disorders, utilizing the center’s robotics and image-guided surgical technologies.
Orthopedic Surgeon Vanessa Gabrovsky Cuéllar Joins DISC Palm Beach
West Palm Beach surgeon Vanessa Gabrovsky Cuéllar has joined the DISC Surgery Center as a physician partner, bringing specialized expertise in hand and wrist reconstruction to the facility. Her arrival marks a significant expansion for the recently opened outpatient center, which focuses on minimally invasive orthopedic and joint procedures.

CEO Lee Levanduski of TriasMD noted that the appointment addresses a demand for specialized hand care within the Palm Beach region. The center, which features three operating suites, is currently accepting new patients for consultations. Dr. Cuéllar’s practice combines her academic research in genetics with surgical techniques refined through fellowships at the NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases and the USC Keck School of Medicine.
