Her background includes a recent tenure as CEO of HCA Florida JFK North Hospital, where she oversaw clinical expansion and financial growth across multiple service lines, ranging from orthopedics to behavioral health. Ashley Vertuno Named CEO of HOPCo Arizona Market
After a decade of leadership at HCA Healthcare, Ashley Vertuno will take the helm as CEO of Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company’s Arizona market starting July 1, 2026. She steps into the role with a mandate to oversee key integrated musculoskeletal care sites in Phoenix and Flagstaff.

During her time in Florida, Vertuno earned the Robert S. Hudgens Memorial Award for Healthcare Executive of the Year from the American College of Healthcare Executives. Her career is marked by a focus on clinical excellence and operational accountability. As she transitions to the Arizona market, Vertuno plans to build upon the existing foundation of the company’s integrated care model, emphasizing collaboration between clinical teams and operational leadership to improve patient outcomes.
