In a push against the rise of computer-generated children's media, Baker City author Angela Blair and naturalist artist Sherri Kay Linnemeyer have released A Dance of Birds: Poetry and Paper Collage. The book pairs lyrical text with handcrafted tissue paper illustrations, designed to foster a tangible connection to nature.
Beyond its playful rhymes, the book serves as an educational tool for readers aged two to eight.
