The new campus will serve as the primary hub for the company's growth, which has seen an 89% increase in workforce size this year. Designed by Briohn Building Corporation, the 60-acre site in the West Bend Manufacturing Center will house an expanded R&D lab, a culinary center, and a dedicated pilot processing plant. These spaces are intended to help food brands accelerate development from initial concept to commercial-scale production.
Hanni Family Launches Dervati, Breaks Ground on West Bend Headquarters
The Hanni family has officially launched Dervati, a new parent organization unifying their PS Seasoning and Pro Smoker brands, while breaking ground on a 264,000-square-foot corporate headquarters in West Bend, Wisconsin. The facility, scheduled for completion in June 2027, aims to centralize the company's manufacturing, research, and innovation capabilities.

While Dervati will oversee operations, PS Seasoning and Pro Smoker will remain distinct brands. PS Seasoning will continue to focus on flavor development and ingredient solutions, while Pro Smoker provides thermal processing technology. The company intends to maintain secondary manufacturing operations at its existing Iron Ridge site. According to CEO Joe Hanni, the move is a strategic investment in the company’s evolution from a niche supplier to a comprehensive food innovation partner for its clients.
