The Boston-based company recently launched its all-agentic platform, a system designed to shift legal operations away from manual document storage toward automated execution. By utilizing LinkAI—a proprietary engine trained on millions of real-world contracts—the software identifies risks, accelerates negotiation timelines, and extracts complex metadata from thousands of files simultaneously. This transition aims to alleviate the administrative burden on legal teams, allowing them to prioritize high-level strategy over routine document processing.
LinkSquares Wins Decision Management Award for Agentic CLM Platform
LinkSquares has secured the Decision Management Solution of the Year award in the 9th annual AI Breakthrough program, marking a significant industry milestone for its all-agentic Contract Lifecycle Management platform, which converts static legal agreements into active, data-driven business assets through specialized generative and predictive AI models.

Steve Johansson, managing director of AI Breakthrough, noted that general-purpose AI tools often lack the nuance required for high-stakes legal environments. He highlighted that LinkSquares addresses specific financial risks, such as missed renewal dates or oversight of liability clauses, by applying domain-specific training rather than fragmented point solutions. The platform currently serves over 1,200 customers, including organizations like DraftKings and ProPharma, setting a new benchmark for how businesses interact with their internal contract repositories.
