The collaboration, officially titled Chiikawa Starry SKYTREE and the Secret Island, spans the tower’s two primary observation levels. Visitors to the 450-meter-high Tembo Galleria will encounter original character visuals and themed decor, while the 350-meter Tembo Deck will host special screenings via the SKYTREE ROUND THEATER, turning the tower's expansive windows into a panoramic display. The exterior of the 634-meter structure will also receive a custom lighting treatment inspired by the series' cast.

Three years after their initial partnership, Tokyo Skytree is transforming its observation decks into a thematic playground for the popular character franchise Chiikawa. Running from July 10 through October 31, 2026, the event coincides with the theatrical debut of Chiikawa the Movie: The Secret of the Mermaid Island.
Beyond the visuals, the event includes a dedicated cafe menu and exclusive merchandise. Access to the themed menu at the Tembo Deck Floor 340 cafe requires a specific observation deck admission ticket bundled with a meal voucher.
