Klient Integrates Live PSA Dashboards Directly into Salesforce
Services leaders often spend their Monday mornings manually aggregating data into spreadsheets, only for those figures to become obsolete before the meeting begins. Aiming to eliminate this lag, Klient has launched Klient Insights, a new workspace that provides real-time visibility into project health and financial metrics directly within Salesforce.
CEO Yanick Abraham noted that the goal is to shift the focus of leadership meetings from report creation to immediate decision-making. The feature is currently rolling out to all customers using Klient PSA version 51.13, with additional technical guidance available through the company’s feature hub.
