The company’s unaudited figures represent a significant rise from the $24.3 million reported in the third quarter of 2025. This surge was anchored by the defense sector, which saw revenue climb to $12.4 million from $1.7 million, largely due to the reconsolidation of Gresham Worldwide, Inc. Crane operations also provided a steady lift, contributing $12.2 million, while the company’s lending and trading segment reported $4.7 million in revenue, a stark turnaround from the $0.1 million recorded in the previous year.
Hyperscale Data Reports 64% Revenue Jump to $40 Million
Hyperscale Data posted preliminary third-quarter revenue of approximately $40 million, marking a 64% increase over the same period last year. The Las Vegas-based company attributed the growth to a diverse performance across its portfolio, which includes defense contracts, crane operations, and financial services, despite a decline in Bitcoin mining revenue.

CEO William B. Horne pointed to the company’s disciplined execution as a primary driver for these results, noting that the portfolio's breadth helped offset weaker Bitcoin mining performance. Executive Chairman Milton "Todd" Ault III echoed this sentiment, stating that the growth confirms the effectiveness of the company’s current strategic plans. While management remains optimistic about its ongoing Michigan AI data center project, these preliminary estimates are still subject to final quarter-end financial closing procedures and formal audit reviews.
