Expansion remains robust, marking a sustained period of growth exceeding 20 percent per quarter. Research Director Alex Cordovil notes that while the industry has fixated on potential project cancellations, the real risk lies in the transition from planning to execution. Power scarcity, community resistance, and long-lead equipment requirements are forcing developers into a defensive posture regarding project schedules.
Thermal management remains the primary engine of this growth, expanding over 40 percent as liquid cooling and heat rejection technologies become standard.
