More than 18,000 votes from transportation professionals have shaped the 2026 list of the Top Companies for Women to Work in Trucking. Released by Redefining the Road magazine, the annual honors highlight organizations that prioritize gender diversity, career advancement, and flexible work environments within the competitive logistics sector.
Thirty organizations earned a spot on the "Elite 30" list, including industry heavyweights such as ArcBest, FedEx Freight, J.B. Hunt Transport Services, UPS, and XPO, Inc. These honorees, alongside the broader list of recognized companies, will be formally celebrated at the WIT Accelerate! Conference & Expo held in Dallas from October 25–28. The program, now in its ninth year, is sponsored by ExxonMobil and continues to serve as a benchmark for workplace standards across the North American trucking landscape.
