Managing partner Ben Solomon attributes the firm’s longevity to a focus on specialized, responsive counsel for homeowners associations and cooperatives. This stability is reflected in the firm's leadership tenure; key figures such as Jeffrey R. Cooperman and Gladys Pompa have been with the organization for nearly its entire history. The firm’s reputation for expertise earned partners Michael C. Gongora and Lilliana M. Farinas-Sabogal spots in the 2027 edition of The Best Lawyers in America, while Farinas-Sabogal has expanded her influence to the University of Miami School of Law as an adjunct professor.
Association Law Group Marks Two Decades of South Florida Real Estate Law
A commemorative certificate from the Miami-Dade County Mayor’s office arrived this month for Association Law Group, marking twenty years of legal service to the region’s residential towers. The firm, which launched in 2006, now counts some of South Florida’s most prominent luxury properties among its primary clientele.
Growth remains a central theme for the anniversary year. Beyond adding over a hundred new clients, the firm is currently scaling its physical footprint. While the Miami headquarters undergoes expansion, ALG is preparing to open a new location at Two Town Center in Boca Raton to better manage its increasing caseload across Palm Beach County. These offices will join the existing Fort Lauderdale site at NuRiver Landing, further cementing the firm's reach across the South Florida corridor.
