The new agreements involve the deployment of SuperCom’s PureOne GPS solution, an all-in-one tracking bracelet that utilizes a combination of cell-tower, Wi-Fi, and GPS positioning. The technology, which features integrated tamper-detection and extended battery life, will be integrated into the county's existing community supervision workflows. The company operates these contracts under a recurring revenue model tied to daily active unit usage.
SuperCom Secures Two Texas Probation Contracts in Incumbent Displacement
After a multi-week trial period, a Texas county has selected SuperCom to manage its adult and juvenile probation monitoring programs. The decision marks the fourth and fifth contract wins for the New York-based firm since it entered the Texas market in December 2025, displacing established providers in both instances.

SuperCom CEO Ordan Trabelsi noted that the selection process was highly competitive, requiring the company to outperform incumbents during live-unit evaluations. These latest wins contribute to a broader growth trend for the company, which has secured more than 50 new U.S. electronic monitoring contracts since mid-2024. Trabelsi emphasized that the firm’s strategy focuses on replacing long-tenured providers by demonstrating operational reliability on a case-by-case basis.
