NNPEN and Nurse Approved Forge Strategic Alliance for NP Entrepreneurs

Nurse practitioner practice owners gain a streamlined path to quality certification and expanded educational resources following a new partnership between the National Nurse Practitioner Entrepreneur Network and Nurse Approved Certification LLC, effective as of September 10, 2026.

NNPEN and Nurse Approved Forge Strategic Alliance for NP Entrepreneurs

The collaboration links NNPEN’s national network of independent clinicians with the Nurse Approved quality framework, specifically integrating the NQSI standards and the Nurse Approved™ Seal into the development of new ventures. By aligning these resources, the organizations aim to simplify the process for nurse practitioners to identify and adopt rigorous quality benchmarks while scaling their businesses.

Beyond certification access, the partnership focuses on joint programming, including conferences, webinars, and workshops designed to provide practical business guidance. Dr. Lynn Rapsilber, CEO of NNPEN, emphasized that the alliance offers members direct access to specialized frameworks that support the growth of NP-led practices. Rebecca Love, CEO of Nurse Approved Certification, noted that the move provides clinicians earlier access to the industry standards necessary to operate with greater confidence. The two entities will continue to coordinate on shared educational initiatives and referral opportunities throughout the coming year.
