The recoveries, which include multimillion-dollar settlements and jury verdicts, address complex personal injury claims ranging from maritime accidents to undiagnosed chronic medical conditions.
Separately, attorney Georgina D. Montgomery secured a $4.85 million settlement for a client involved in a car accident. The case involved a complex medical diagnosis of pelvic organ prolapse that remained undetected for years following the collision. Beyond this settlement, Montgomery’s recent work includes a $2 million maritime award and a $1 million jury verdict. Rutter Mills, a family-owned firm established in 1959, has surpassed $1 billion in total client recoveries throughout its history.
