The agreement covers employees at companies including SP+, Propark America, and ACE Parking Management, stabilizing labor conditions across the city's off-street parking network. Beyond the 17 percent base wage increase, the package guarantees fully employer-paid health care, a 24 percent bump in pension contributions, and a 55 percent rise in 401(k) funding. Workers also gained an additional paid holiday and an extra sick day, alongside strengthened workplace protections.
San Francisco Parking Workers Secure Record Four-Year Contract
Nearly 1,000 Teamsters Local 665 members have finalized a new four-year master agreement covering 300 parking facilities across San Francisco. The deal, involving major operators like LAZ Parking and ABM, secures a 17 percent wage hike and expanded benefits, marking what union leadership calls the richest parking contract in the country.

Tony Delorio, Secretary-Treasurer of Local 665, noted that the deal establishes a new industry benchmark for the Bay Area. For long-term employees like Arthur Hilmore, a LAZ attendant with 25 years of service, the contract provides tangible stability for families. The ratification concludes negotiations for the union, which currently represents more than 5,000 workers across the San Francisco region.
