The system operates as an intentional wingman, allowing users to input a fellow guest’s badge number to receive a compatibility score ranging from Recommended to Not Recommended. Rather than replacing the chemistry of a face-to-face meeting, the technology is designed to inform the decision of whether to initiate a conversation. Founder Rik Foote emphasizes that the tool is built to support, not dictate, romantic pursuits, ensuring that attraction remains the primary driver of interaction.
HAEVN Launches Goose to Bring Data-Driven Compatibility to Singles Events
Tampa-based HAEVN has unveiled Goose, a digital tool designed for in-person singles events that allows attendees to privately verify compatibility with potential partners. By integrating a 15-minute relationship survey with real-time badge scanning, the platform aims to bridge the gap between physical attraction and long-term values.

Events utilizing the platform charge a fee of $10 per guest to access the service, which is now available to producers nationwide. Beyond the event itself, participants are integrated into HAEVN’s broader matching network, receiving weekly curated suggestions through the company’s Match Monday program. By focusing on event infrastructure rather than hosting its own gatherings, HAEVN aims to provide a scalable solution for organizers while moving away from the swipe-heavy culture of traditional mobile dating apps.
