The Bicester Collection, which manages 12 luxury shopping outlets globally, is among the first to implement the methodology. Last year, the group hosted over 46 million visitors, providing a substantial dataset to test the platform's ability to prioritize guest experience issues by their direct fiscal impact. According to Mazhar Butt, the group’s senior director for hospitality, the system allows the company to move beyond simple correlation, making the cost of poor service visible in real financial terms.
Industry research underscores the demand for this shift. Forrester reports that only half of teams currently succeed in linking customer experience metrics to business outcomes.
