Kiln has committed to 22,045 square feet within the project, with plans to launch in late 2027. The workspace aims to serve the Eastside’s growing tech and aerospace sectors, providing private offices and team studios alongside the development's existing infrastructure. According to CEO Arian Lewis, the site was selected specifically for its integration of hospitality and proximity to local lifestyle amenities, including the Sammamish River Trail.
The broader Harvest project is seeing a steady influx of activity as tenants move into the space. Nearly twenty establishments, including tasting rooms like Avennia and Grosgrain and restaurants such as Bong Bong Bar, are either already operational or scheduled to open by the end of the year. This surge in activity has mirrored interest in adjacent residential offerings; the River Run townhome development has reported a spike in sales since the Yard’s official opening, signaling a shift in local real estate demand.
