AGCO Consolidates Leadership to Streamline Global Brand Strategy

AGCO Corporation is shrinking its executive suite and shuffling senior roles to tighten accountability across its core machinery brands. The restructuring, announced October 5 in Duluth, Georgia, replaces the current leadership hierarchy with a model that directly aligns corporate functions with regional execution and dealer performance.

AGCO Consolidates Leadership to Streamline Global Brand Strategy

Stefan Caspari takes on the newly expanded role of Senior Vice President and General Manager for Fendt, Valtra, and Product Management. He retains his oversight of North American agricultural operations while assuming global responsibility for the two equipment brands. He succeeds Torsten Dehner, who steps down immediately but will remain in Switzerland to assist with the transition.

This realignment extends beyond the Fendt and Valtra portfolios. Luis Felli now oversees Massey Ferguson, Parts, and Customer Support, consolidating global aftersales operations. Simultaneously, Damon Audia assumes control of PTx, Corporate Strategy, and Distribution. According to CEO Eric Hansotia, the move aims to fuse enterprise-level functions with brand-specific growth priorities, following a period where Caspari successfully navigated the transformation and divestiture of the company’s Grain and Protein division. Caspari, a 2014 company veteran, holds an Agricultural Engineering degree from the University of Bonn.
