Gemmy Brings Vintage Halloween Aesthetics to Modern Inflatables

DALLAS — With a nod to the neon palettes and whimsical character designs of mid-century celebrations, Gemmy Industries is rolling out a new line of Halloween inflatables at Walmart. The collection leans into the current market appetite for retro-inspired seasonal décor, featuring oversized ghosts, haunted trees, and classic jack-o'-lanterns.

The collection centers on playful, character-driven scenes designed to evoke traditional trick-or-treat nostalgia. Among the larger centerpieces, the lineup includes a 5-foot ghost trio clutching a "Happy Halloween" banner and an 8.5-foot haunted house accented with flickering light effects and stonelike fabric textures. For smaller displays, the series offers 3.5-foot figures, such as a black cat with oversized yellow eyes and a ghost clutching a treat bag.

Gemmy has also integrated functional design elements into the series, such as reversible jack-o'-lantern stacks that allow homeowners to toggle between sweet and spooky aesthetics. By utilizing vibrant greens, purples, and oranges reminiscent of vintage holiday graphics, the manufacturer aims to capture the spirit of classic storybook Halloweens. These items are currently available through Walmart retail locations as part of the company's broader seasonal expansion.
