Wyndham Hotels Expands Share Repurchase Program by $400 Million
The board of directors at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has authorized a $400 million increase to the company’s share repurchase program. This move signals management's confidence in the hotel giant's cash-generating capacity and its ongoing commitment to delivering value back to shareholders amid a competitive lodging market.

Execution of the buybacks remains fluid. The company stated that specific timing and volume will depend on prevailing market conditions and regulatory requirements. Repurchases may occur through open market transactions or private negotiations, with no fixed expiration date on the authorization. Wyndham retains the flexibility to suspend or discontinue the program at any time, subject to the volatility of the broader hospitality sector.
