NeuroSense CFO to Outline ALS Clinical Strategy at ROTH Conference

Or Eisenberg, Chief Financial Officer of NeuroSense Therapeutics, will meet with institutional investors at the 5th Annual ROTH Healthcare Opportunities Conference on September 29, 2026. The sessions at New York’s Metropolitan Club will focus on the company’s regulatory path for its lead ALS drug candidate, PrimeC.

Eisenberg is set to discuss the company's recent progress in bringing PrimeC toward market authorization in the United States, Canada, and other key territories. The discussions will center on the transition from the Phase 2b PARADIGM study—which recently demonstrated a slowing of functional decline in patients—to the upcoming pivotal Phase 3 PARAGON trial. The company is currently working with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to finalize the design of this next-stage study.

PrimeC, an oral formulation combining ciprofloxacin and celecoxib, is designed to address multiple pathways of neurodegeneration, including oxidative stress and neuroinflammation. With the burden of ALS expected to rise significantly by 2040, NeuroSense is positioning the drug as a critical intervention for a disease that currently lacks a cure and typically leads to rapid physical decline.
