Pomerantz LLP Files Class Action Lawsuit Against Baidu
Investors who suffered losses in Baidu, Inc. securities now face a critical deadline to join a class action lawsuit alleging securities fraud. The litigation centers on claims that the company misled shareholders regarding the stability and growth of its core business segments during 2025 and 2026.

Financial disclosures from February 2026 showed a year-over-year revenue decline of more than 4% for the fourth quarter, totaling RMB32.74 billion. Despite management’s assertions regarding the strength of its AI-powered initiatives, the company's American Depositary Receipt price dropped 5.65% following the report. Further concerns emerged in August 2026, when Baidu revealed that its core AI-powered business revenue fell 8% quarter-over-quarter, with the AI Cloud Infra segment sliding 17%. The announcement triggered a sharper market reaction, sending the share price down 12.73% to close at $90.87.
