Jody Staggs Named CEO of Cedar Health Research
Jody Staggs has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at Cedar Health Research, a Dallas-based network specializing in community-integrated clinical trials. Effective September 14, 2026, the appointment marks a leadership transition aimed at scaling the organization’s footprint and deepening its outreach to historically underrepresented patient populations.
Cedar currently operates five research sites across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The network distinguishes itself by embedding research infrastructure directly into community healthcare settings, such as its recent site launch within Texas Native Health. Staggs intends to leverage this delivery model to increase trial access for diverse demographics while strengthening partnerships with biopharmaceutical sponsors. He emphasized a commitment to building a scalable operation that maintains the company’s focus on patient-centered research experiences.
