The list features a diverse cohort ranging from Grammy-winning artists like Olivia Rodrigo and Tyler, The Creator to digital-native entrepreneurs such as Anna Sitar and Beckett Shultz. By recognizing these voices, Pacsun aims to amplify the perspectives that resonate most with Gen Z and Gen Alpha. This project follows the company's second annual Youth Report, which synthesized research from over 6,000 respondents to map shifting generational values.
Pacsun Launches Youth 25 to Spotlight Cultural Trendsetters
Pacsun has unveiled its inaugural Youth 25 list, a curated selection of twenty-five creators, athletes, and entrepreneurs who are actively shifting the cultural landscape. The initiative highlights influential figures across fashion, music, art, and technology, formalizing the brand's ongoing effort to bridge the gap between emerging talent and established industry icons.

CEO Brieane Olson emphasized that the initiative is an extension of the brand's focus on co-creation, noting that meaningful cultural influence today relies on direct collaboration with the next generation. The honorees will be formally recognized on September 24 at the company’s Purpose Summit in Malibu, an event designed to foster dialogue between young activists and established leaders. Beyond high-profile names, the list includes independent designers and community organizers, such as Langston Howard and Marley Dias, reflecting a strategy that prioritizes impact over traditional celebrity metrics.
