They are entering a region where the demographic landscape is shifting rapidly. Williamson County reached an estimated 752,827 residents in 2025, with nearly 14% of the population aged 65 or older. The couple plans to hire 30 to 50 caregivers in their first year, focusing on non-medical services like transportation, dementia care, and post-hospital support. While their background in technology will assist in streamlining operations, the pair emphasizes that their business model prioritizes human connection over digital automation. By embedding themselves in the local community—including participation in the upcoming Walk to End Alzheimer’s—they aim to provide the reliable, hands-on support they once lacked themselves.
